BEEF is a Kyiv restaurant opened in 2010. Despite its great downtown location, superb interior and delicious food, the number of visitors was surprisingly scarce. As the food was OK, its owners decided that the problem could be settled by applying marketing techniques and ideas.


We analysed all the information, whether accessible or not, on Kyiv restaurants and their interior, exterior and menus. We had in-depth talks with visitors and prospects and tried to really dive into restaurant’s routine. Our efforts gave birth to a new brand 3M-positioning, which stands for MEAT, MAN, MULTINATIONAL.
We refurbished BEEF visual identity, developed a set of basic communication materials (menu, placemats, etc.), and launched some tactical ad campaigns.
