Our regular customer KSK accomplished a real estate project entitled The Italian Village with a Mediterranean architecture. The issue was that it lacked a visual identity system. The company had no intention of rolling out dedicated advertisements, so we had to come up with a vibrant conceptual framework for its design that would have a selling capacity as far as it goes.
We developed a comprehensive visual identity system based on classic Italian symbols. At the same time, the design solution for an olive branch, hammer-work and marble texture was unordinary for the real estate industry.
