As the top Ukrainian investment & development company, UDP provides integrated project development and management for residential and commercial real estate. In 2010, the company implemented some viable projects, including Park City, Novopechersk Lypky, and Maristella.
The problem was that all the initiatives were perceived as some other’s brands, not as UDP’s projects. Besides, the visual style lagged behind the company, and a then-current communication was low-key and neutral. We had a task to create a comprehensive umbrella brand to unite implemented and on-coming projects.


We performed a large-scale analysis of market environment and developed a new brand positioning and a key message “better dwelling — better life”. We invited and held a tender for new logo design, coordinated contractors, reshaped the visual identity and website, developed a media strategy and ad campaign, produced a set of new collaterals, and put forward an architectural concept for the head office.We supervised UDP social responsibility projects and initiated company’s sponsorship for Odessa International Film Festival.
